She oversees operations, marketing, strategy, financing, and creation of company culture, human resources, and implementing compliance with all safety and government regulations. Her primary goals are setting the direction for the company, budgeting and creating an overall environment for all employees to perform at the best of their abilities.

Walter P. Johnson, President

Walter P. Johnson has a B.S. in Technical Management specializing in Software Engineering. He has been providing software engineering and consulting services for nearly 40 years, 30 of them as President of Precision Systems, Inc. (PSI). He has worked on hundreds of mission-critical development projects. PSI clients range from small start ups through Fortune 100 companies working in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, manufacturing, semiconductors, communications, steam and nuclear power, process control and military/government.
